This is a solo show about living with trichotillomania. You might not know what that is, but don’t worry, I’ll tell you when you get here. You’ll meet a teenage girl with an undeniable secret that no one seems to notice, so she hides in her basement cubicle wondering if anyone will come downstairs. Whoa, did that get too dark too fast? Let’s try this again:

 

TRICH is a super fun show about mental health, isolation, and forging a path toward recovery through humor, vulnerability, and far too many 90s references.

Since its premiere at the 2021 United Solo Theatre Festival in NYC – where it received Best Actress and Audience Choice Awards – TRICH has gone on to multiple sold-out regional runs along the East Coast. Beyond the stage, TRICH has also become an advocacy tool, performing at multiple mental health conferences, including a keynote appearance at the National Alliance on Mental Illness Pennsylvania State Conference.
